"Very welcoming excellant place to stay"

We were made very welcome here after inadvertently messing up our hotel bookings !!! A room was made available and the bed built at the last minute, but we were just greatful of a place to sleep. As it turned out it was the best thing that could of happened to us, the B and B is very close to the main street with restuarants and pubs and we actually saw Aberdeen where as we wouldn't have in the other hotel. 
The owner made us very welcome even though he was in the throws of renovation having not owned the property long. The breakfast was good and basic. We would highly recommend a stay here.
