Bought a few shirts here which wasn't the easiest thing as first the barcode scanner wouldn't work then the card machine had it's turn. Got home to find that there was still a security tag attached and contacted them by email and got an automated response saying they would be in touch. Next morning sent another mail to remind as hadn't heard back from them. Next morning with still no response I called them up and was told that even although I lived an hour away I had to return to the store to get the tag removed but would probably get travel expenses and she would contact the Aberdeen store manager on my behalf and let me know. The out come was travel and hour into Aberdeen get car parked to rectify there lash up all and then an hour home..
