A review of Comcab by StevenMc written on Tuesday 9th of June 2015
Many of the call centre staff are not very helpful and tend to consider the customer as an inconvenience. Drivers for the airport seem to be fairly agreeable and will usually assist as much as they can with baggage, for example. However, city centre drivers range from rude to unapproachable, which is probably a reflection of having to work with the call centre staff. When you call you may get one of the few staff who actually like talking to other humans, but if you don't then be very careful about asking them to clarify anything or repeat what they have said — it sets their day back exponentially and they'll make sure you know about it!
Isn't it a good job I'm not paying £30 plus for the privilege... oh, wait, I am paying..
