We visited Eljos on 5/04/07 at Langstane Pl. after a number of recomendations and were left feeling very disapointed. 
Nothing wrong with the location, Ok so the atmosphere was lacking a little, but I say bring ur own. Service was fine and so was the Sangria. However the menu was dirty and so was one of the plates. Of the 6 dishes we did eat over half of them tasted bland. 
 
I say, if you dont want to cook and need something fast then you will probably find this place ideal. 
Not a place to impress and after looking at the website it promises more than u get. 
 
Sorry Eljos but the rule is Once bitten twice shy
