I would just like to comment on the poor customer service I have received tonight in your restaurant.

I have never experienced such bad service from what looked like the owner or co-owner of the Shahbaaz.

From when I arrived asking for a table for one person, I got a disgruntled shake of the head and asked to sit down while another member of staff was told to deal with me.

I mentioned at the end of my meal that the Lamb was tough and not tender as described in the menu. For that I got another shake of the head and the gentleman walked away dismissing my claim.

after I paid for the meal the bad customer service continued with me left at the table waiting on a VAT receipt that never came.

I will be making my first review of a restaurant online and I can assure you this will not be a good one.
