A review of Muffin Break by Smile! written on Saturday 9th of March 2013
So, lunch time hits again and the last hour has consisted of thinking how to make the most of this 60mins. I wanted a nice place i could relax with a good coffee, relaxing atmosphere and a tasty bite to eat. I feel this is not too much to ask off any cafe. But for the people of muffin break it would seem too much, i was scoweld at by the waiter while i chose my food, i felt so uncomfortable that i just chose the first thing that i seen. I get another grunt at my choice of food and then one again at order for a coffee. Through out these few minutes of interaction my mood of looking forward to a pleasant lunch turned into a mood of complete annoyance, this was carried on by the spinach and feta pie being cold in the middle and the feta cubes turned out hard tangy. To top this off the coffee was biitter and cold. All of the other things would not have annoyed me if the waiter had just given the slightest hint of good customer service. I can firmly say that i will not be coming back! .
