"An insult to the industry"

A taxi company who can't provide any taxis for an hour and a half. Unhelpful and sharp staff. They used the excuse that "Saturday night is always our busiest night" and when I asked why they were not prepared to deal with the demand they can expect over the weekend I get no reply. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I am told there is not one on duty. Since it is the busiest time of the week, should they not have a supervisor there?? There website references their motto "customer first" - don't be fooled. Not all the staff seem to believe in this motto!.
