My wife and I are fairly recent converts to this shop as our previous butcher's shop in the city centre closed. A and M was recommended to us by a family member and we had not been aware of it as the location - while just off the city centre - was not one of our normal areas to visit. The shop is compact and the various cuts are shown to their best. The butchers are well trained and communicate well with customers as they are serving. The prices are first class..
