"DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS"

Having used the Reed website for several years now, and failed to be put forward for interviews, despite having more than enough qualifications and experience for the positions I have applied for, I decided to visit their office in order to discuss this situation. It was Melanie Begg who spoke with me and her attitude from beginning to end was one of ignoring my queries regarding the reasons I was not being selected for interviews. She argued with everything, and I mean everything I said and went to get a Manager to deal with me, whose attitude was exactly the same. It ended with them saying they would refuse to represent me, to which I replied that it made no difference as they had done nothing for me over a period of several years. These people are lucky to be in their jobs is all I can say..
