"Very rude staff"

Yesterday 26th July, Sunday, I went to Kaaya in Bon Accord Aberdeen. Two girls were there. One who did my threading was not expert at all. It looks like she was on training. She spoiled shape of my eyebrows. Other stepped in to correct it but was so rude, I said ifs not right shape and she behaved very rudely. No professionalisn at all. Zero customer service skills. I went to Kaaya before and girls used to be very nice and very professional. But after this experience I will never go back to Kaaya. .
