"Worse than Hermes!"

OMG rudest delivery driver I have ever come across, left item on track and berated me because he got lost following simple directions, then told me I would be billed for any damage to his vehicle as the track was unsuitable for his van - ranted that there was nowhere to turn even when shown somewhere suitable that I had used less than a week earlier in a bigger van!

I assume the guy hates being a delivery driver but no need to take it out on customers!.
