"Very Poor"

I contacted Thomson Tiling to get a quote for some work. We were told he would come round to give us a quote on the Saturday morning. We waited for him to arrive but no show. I gave him a call and it seemed that he had forgotten but said he would be round the next day. We waited for him to arrive the next day but again, no show & no call or anything to say he couldn't make it. I think at least a call to say he couldn't make it would have been the decent thing to do considering we had spent several hrs over the weekend waiting for him to visit. Not recommended..
