"Receptionist was extremely unhelpful."

Unable to either change my appointment or make a new one to have my flu/covid vaccine. I tried unsuccessfully through the NHS portal on the internet and could not get through on the phone number provided. Was informed by the receptionist there was nothing she could do. With a friend’s assistance I have the first available appointment on the 22/11/23. This seems a long time for an elderly vulnerable person to wait. I feel the staff at Airyhall who are by no means rushed off their feet could be a little more helpful to people struggling..
