Being a regular customr from phd you can imagine that occasionaly all does not go according to plan. This evening i called to order my supposed complimentary pizza to make up for the undercooked one i had delivered middle of last month(jan).
Not only was there no details logged of my complaint but the duty manager decided that although he did in fact have the authority to do something about this he chose not to.Instead I was told "the manager would call me back, maybe in two days time as he is off tomorrow".I said "maybe" i certainly wouldn't be happyshould there be no phone call.He may be too busy said Aaron the duty manager. So i explained that not only was my pizza like toothpaste inside there was no record of my complaint therefore he wasn't willing to do anything to help as it would get him into trouble.I will persue this with vigour as i believe they have a duty to .
