Sorry getin sleepy.I beleive they have a duty to firstly provide an edible meal and not to be passing the buck when a customer complains.
Why have a duty manager in the first place.
\i think he was rude and i politely told him i didn't understand his reluctance to make a managerial decision. He said he had made one and he wasn't willing to do anything about the complaint. They may in fact be used to serving young students with vouchers that they can dismiss at leasure but i am not impressed with there lack of customer follow up information being unrecorded but the impudence i received on the phone.
With a high turnover of staff surely a manager would have on occasion found that a member of staff had dealt with a complaint innapropriatly.
i'll keep you posted if there is an outcome, but i wont be spending my money on a grotty establishment that can't deal with a simple complaint.
sincerely disgruntled
aberdeen.
